In and out within the hour, and priced at $65 per person, this pre-theatre menu is as vibrant and colourful as the theatre itself. Expect a flavour-filled journey starting with a signature Pastuso favourites like Ceviche Peruano, Pastel de choclo, Oconnor’s premium Angus rump cap, with ensalada verde and papas – all served up fast, fresh and full of flair.

Just a short walk from the Regent, Her majesty’s, Princess and Comedy Theatre, Pastuso’s buzzing laneway location sets the scene for a night of music and memorable moments. It’s the perfect warm-up act before the main event.
