Your evening kicks off with a stroll down ac/dc lane then diving into a line-up of Pastuso favourites. Think vibrant Ceviche Peruano, followed by Pastel de choclo, O’connor premium angus rump cap, salsa verde, served alongside a crisp ensalada verde and golden papas. It’s a flavour-filled journey that captures the spirit of Peru.
