This winter, warm up with Smokin’ Sundays—our chefs are firing up the in-house cilindro to slow-smoke a rotating selection of premium meats each week, matched with specially crafted cocktails.

 Think rich, smoky flavours, soul-warming dishes, and limited-edition specials made for chilly Sundays.

  • 20th July - Mirasol Smoked Brisket - Slow smoked Brisket with caramelised leeks.

  • 27th July - Pisco Pork Back Ribs - Pisco-glazed ribs with Serrano slaw.

  • 3rd August - Mejilla de Res ahumada & Carapulcra - Smoked Beef Cheeks, Peruvian dried potato stew and salsa criolla.

  • 10th August - Seco de Cordero Ahumado -Smoked Lamb Shank, seco sauce and salsa criolla. 

  • 17th August - Bacalao Ahumado a lo macho - Murray Cod, a lo macho mussels sauce and seaweed salad.

  • 24th August - Pato Ahumado - Peruvian style smoked Aylesbury duck, olluco stew, algarrobina glaze

  • 31st August -  Panceta de cerdo Ahumada - Porchetta style, palm heart salad and avocado puree.
