This winter, settle in for Smoke & Slow - a season-long celebration of rich flavours, slow cooking and smoky perfection at Pastuso.
From June 1st to August 31st, our chefs will be firing up the in-house cilindro to create an ever-changing lineup of slow-smoked meat specials, available daily throughout winter until sold out. Expect rotating cuts, bold Latin flavours, and comforting dishes designed for cold Melbourne nights.
No two weeks will be exactly the same, with the kitchen showcasing different premium meats, seasonal ingredients and low-and-slow techniques across the entire promotion. Whether you’re dropping in for a long lunch, after-work dinner or weekend feast, Smoke & Slow is all about hearty plates, smoky aromas and winter dining done properly.
